To bind the spell every time let the spell be spoke in rhyme. Soft of eye and light of touch, speak little listen much. Deosil go by the waxing moon, chanting out the witch’s rule. Widershins go by the waning moon, chanting out the baneful rune. When the lady's moon is knew, kiss the hand to her, times two. When the moon rides at her peak, then your heart's desire seek. Heed to North wind's mighty gale, lock the door and drop the sail. When the wind comes from South, love will kiss the on the mouth. When the wind blows from the West, departed souls will have no rest. When the wind blows from the East, Expect the new and set the feast. Nine woods in cauldron go, burn them fast and burn them slow. Elder be the lady's tree, burn it not or cursed you'll be. When the wheel begins to turn, let the Beltane fires burn. When the wheel has turned to Yule, light the log and and the horned one rules. Heed ye flower, bush and tree, by the lady blessed be. Where the rippling water go, cast a stone and truth you'll know. When ye have a true need, hearken not to others' greed. With a fool no season spend, lest ye be counted as his friend. Merry meet and merry part, bright the cheeks and warm the heart. Mind threefold law you should, three times bad and three times good. When misfortune is now, wear the blue star on thy brow. True in love ever be, lest thy lovers false to thee. Eight words the Wicca rule fulfill- An' ye harm none, do what ye will.

                                            WITCHES' TOOLS

Wicca, like most other religions, uses  ritual tools. Some of these, like the dagger (Athame) and the cauldron, are known to non Wiccans and a
great many misconceptions and tall tales have grown up about their use in our ceremonies.  Basically, these tools aid concentration and, through consecration and useage, build up a psychic power of all their own. Tools can belong to a whole coven, a working partnership or an individual. The only tool  that  never  is shared is the dagger or Athame.   Each witch will have their own. It  is a very personal tool that each witch has for themselves. Most do not have all the tools to practice Wicca.
Wicca is a religion of improvisation and, because of persecution, many of these tools had to look like everyday household objects or could be easily and quickly destroyed.
Wicca is also a religion in which the "intention" is the  important factor, not the tools being used.  If you cannot get your hands on a wand or make one, use your hands.

You can buy tools ready made  for you, or you can make your own.  You can chose the most simple or the most ornate.
Find what is right for you, which is the most important part.

Witches Tools are consecrated in rites involving the Four Elements, Air, Water, Fire and Earth. Witches Tools are inscribed with Runes, Sigils and Symbols.

Witches tools are used in the consecration of Magic Circles.

ATHAME : The witches personal knife. Usually double bladed with a black hilt and made of steel.  This is the witches personal tool and should never be handled by anybody else.  (forget the tales about human sacrifice, this never is used to cut)  Most of these blades have been blunted.  They are mainly used in rituals for casting and banishing circles.  It is also interchangeable with the sword.

CENSOR : Container used in the burning of herbs, incense and other substances. Used in removing the unwanted energies away from the magic site.

CHALICE : Associated with the female forces of fertility, beauty, womb, earth, and subconscious mind.

PENTACLE : Symbol of the earth. Used to ground energy is the sybole of the center of the altar.

SWORD : Associated with the element fire, it is sometime used for casting the circle.

WAND : Symbolizes the life force within the witch.  This  is made out of varity of woods of your preference.  The length should be, from your elbow to your finger tips.  However this is up to uour preference. The Wand evokes, directs and binds the energy of a spell.  However this is up to uour preference.

WITCHES CHANTS
The Witches' Alphabet

Theban Witches Alphabet
The Theban alphabet is a writing system with unknown origins. It was first published in Johannes Trithemius' Polygraphia (1518), in which it was attributed to Honorius of Thebes. Trithemius' student Agrippa (1486-1535) attributed it to Pietro d'Abano (1250-1316).  It is also known as the Honorian Alphabet or the Runes of Honorius after the legendary magus (Theban is not, however, a runic alphabet), or the Witches' Alphabet due to its use in modern Wicca and other forms of witchcraft as one of many substitution ciphers to hide magical writings such as the contents of a Book of Shadows from prying eyes. The Theban alphabet bears little resemblance to other alphabets, and has not been found in any previous publications prior to Trithemius'.

There is one-to-one correspondence between Theban and the letters in the old Latin alphabet. The modern characters J, U and W are not represented, and in modern usage these are transliterated using the Theban characters for I, V and V V. Theban letters only exist in a single case. This suggests an origin for Theban as a cipher calqued on Latin, along with the various alphabets described by Trithemius and Agrippa, based on either Latin or Hebrew.
